In a significant move to fortify the party’s grassroots presence, Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Cabinet Minister and MLA from Jhotwara, spearheaded a two-day intensive training workshop under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026.
The event, held on March 28–29 at the Bharat Bhardwaj Garden in Lalchandpura, Peethawas, brought together hundreds of dedicated BJP workers from the Jaipur Dehat Dakshin district. This workshop is part of a larger state-wide initiative to train over 30 lakh party members, ensuring they are equipped with the tools of modern governance and digital communication.
A Vision for “Viksit Jhotwara”
Addressing the gathering, Col. Rathore emphasized that the strength of the Bharatiya Janata Party lies not just in its leadership, but in the discipline and knowledge of its ground-level workers.
“Our workers are the bridge between the government’s welfare schemes and the common man. This training is not just about politics; it is about empowering our team to serve the residents of Jhotwara more effectively,” Rathore stated.
Key Highlights of the Training Workshop
The 2026 training module is notably different from previous years, reflecting the rapid technological shifts in India’s political landscape.
- Digital Empowerment & AI: A core focus of the session was the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Social Media for effective outreach. Workers were trained on how to use digital platforms to counter misinformation and share the real-time progress of development projects in Jhotwara.
- Ideological Foundation: Following the principles of Antyodaya (serving the last person), sessions were held on the life and philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. This ensures that every developmental step in the constituency remains rooted in selfless service.
- Government Scheme Awareness: Detailed briefings were provided on the latest state and central initiatives, including the progress of the Viksit Jhotwara roadmap, which includes the ₹100 crore infrastructure blitz and the new Skill India International Centre.
- Accountability & Feedback: Rathore reiterated his “Field-First” model, urging workers to conduct regular inspections of local projects—such as the Dhawas-Niwaru underpasses and rural drainage works—to ensure 100% transparency and quality.
The Digital Transition: App-Based Testing
In a unique move toward professionalizing party roles, the training concluded with an app-based online test. This assessment helps identify the strengths of local leaders, ensuring that the right people are tasked with managing key development portfolios within the Jhotwara assembly.
Why This Matters for Jhotwara Residents
For the people of Jhotwara, a better-trained workforce means faster resolution of local issues. Whether it’s the completion of pending water connections at the gram panchayat level or the modernization of government schools, these trained “Viksit Bharat Ambassadors” act as a 24/7 support system for the community.
As Col. Rathore continues to blend his military discipline with technological innovation, Jhotwara is setting a benchmark for how a modern constituency should be managed—where every worker is a leader and every leader is a servant of the people.
